Today we discuss the documentary West of Memphis from 2012. This was a New Zealand-American project that was produced by Peter Jackson and had wide critical and popular acclaim. It focuses on an examination of a failure of justice in the case against the West Memphis Three. Three teenagers who were wrongfully convicted of raping and murdering three small boys in West Memphis, Arkansas. This true crime story is an indictment of the American Justice system and a real horror story for the victims and the wrongfully accused and convicted.
