So that you do not get confused by the rhetoric of the Hearing let me disambiguate you. It is about Donald Trump, the MAGA Republicans who supported him, and all others who disagree with the agenda of the left.
The rioters of January 6 are called the following names:
· Violent insurrectionists
· Rioters
· Seditious conspiracy, which means conspiracy to overthrow or put down the government.
Before I continue, are you aware that among the seditious conspirators that stormed the capitol not one remembered to bring a gun or a knife or fire bombs or baseball bats or bricks or any other weapons common to the rioters who burned down city blocks, took over government buildings, attacked police, brutalized pedestrians, and destroyed billions of dollars of property, and in some instances killed innocent people? Yet those leaderless and pathetic violent insurrectionists of January 6, many of whom were simply caught up in a moment of high emotion, were seen on camera being led on tours or aimlessly wandering the halls like sight seers. Their biggest crime on camera appeared to be trespassing. They looked leaderless and confused and acted like they really didn’t know what to do. Nevertheless, despite the evidence, according to Chairman Raskin, the January 6th march on the U.S. Capitol inspired the following:
Indeed, these same authoritarian and racist movements pose a similar danger to people living in many democratic societies on Earth. Just last week German authorities arrested dozens of far-right extremists, including members of a royal house in Germany seeking restoration of the Second Reich, an active-duty German soldier, former members of the German police and elite special forces units, and neo-Nazi activists for allegedly participating in a violent right-wing plot to topple the German Government and seize power.
The coup plotters, many of whom were heavily armed when arrested, were inspired by the American insurrection of January 6 and are followers of deranged online QAnon conspiracy theories. They profess that the democratic German government is an imposture of corporate subsidiary of the United States, run by the American deep state. The insurrectionists planned to disrupt the German power grid and take parliament by force, to impose a new authoritarian and anti-Semitic government. The German people and democracy around the world are fortunate that their law enforcement and intelligence agencies acted with speed and vigor to interrupt the conspiracy before the conspirators could succeed in staging a full-blown January 6-style attack on the German Government.
Just to tickle your imagination place the rag-tag rebel rousers of January 6th, one wearing Viking horns and dressed like John the Baptist, the others aimlessly sightseeing, leaderless, without weapons, except for a few carrying confederate flags, without any clearly defined purpose trying to topple the German Government and seize power. Seig heil. My how those Germans would shake in their boots, that is if they could quit laughing long enough.
