I did the Gut Health Protocol program a year ago and it was transformational. I didn't realize how much better I could feel with just a few tweaks to my nutrition. The challenge was for 30 days but what I learned will stay with me for a lifetime. Do you have heartburn, bloating, gas, poor sleep or are you lacking energy? Have you considered it might be caused by issues in your gut? What about inflammation? I had no idea how inflammation was impacting me. I completed the Gut Health Protocol program last April and in 30 days I was able to lose 6.5 lbs, 4 inches off my waist, 2.4 inches off my hips and 2 inches off my chest! I stayed with the program because I felt great and found it to be something sustainable. I've now lost a total of 72 lbs (safely, this happened over a 12 month period and I was in the obese range for my BMI). I now am on a maintenance plan because I don't care to lose any more weight but I want to continue to feel great. I have struggled with my weight for decades and thought it was my genes. My mom struggled too. I then began to think it was because of menopause and hormones. What I realized is that I just didn't know the proper formula to balance my nutrition and understand proper portions. Once I wrapped my head around that (and trust me, it's a lot of food that I eat) and I realized there is no expiry date for this. This is a life commitment and a journey to enjoy.
