I’ve been thinking a lot about cortisol levels lately - just navigating the effects of trauma on the body. ( cortisol is a stress hormone released by your adrenal gland to help support you during stressful periods ) Today we are discussing my process of learning not to rely on my adrenaline to get through my task list and what that means for my productivity.
