Florida Bonus Episode: The COVID Cover-Up Killing

Friends and family members were concerned, in March of 2020, when the world was shutting down because of COVID, because of the strange texts they had been getting from Gretchen Anthony. Gretchen, who lived in Jupiter, Florida, was a fitness buff, and had a little girl and a second husband, was healthy by all accounts. But no one had seen her in person for a few days, and had only received messages that said she had contacted COVID and would be going to a special center run by the CDC one hour away in Belglade, Florida. Problem was, the CDC had no COVID center in Belglade, Florida.

Something was amiss, and when police finally searched Gretchen's home, they found that a violent struggle had occured in the garage. The cops turned to Gretchen's estranged husband, David Anthony, who had suspiciously taken off for "Costa Rica." What came next was a wild goose chase across the state of Florida and into New Mexico, where David would be apprehended, and the grisly truth would finally come to light.
