In this Episode Kena Hodges, shares her journey of thriving after trauma.
Kena felt overworked, she was working side hustle, juggling duties as a mom, while working as a HR VP in commercial real estate. She was in a constant rat race, and her body never felt like she could just breathe.
She felt like she could not be still, and was constantly operating in masculine energy. Her feminine and energy was out of balance, and she realized if she stayed out of balance it would not be a good ending. Kena says “ it’s so important to have a balance of masculine and feminine energy because it creates balance in the body which then releases dis-ease, tightness, and the stress within the body.” As a Transformation Coach Kena, she helps others on their journey.
