During this episode, the goal is to mentally step back and see how what we are going through is a transition. Change is constant, whether we are aware of it or not. When we go through changes or transitions, those changes take work. The transition can represent the process of growth. Understanding the transition process gives our brain information on what to be aware of in how our body responds to a change. We can focus on our emotions and thinking as we adapt to the change. The process may be uncomfortable, and it may take work. We also can be aware of how that change affects us and our environment.
In this podcast, I guide you through reflections and awareness of lessons learned from experiencing rejection and pain when doors of opportunities are closed. We will explore the strengths we gained to prepare us for new ventures and beginnings.
