April Tinsley was born on March 18th, 1980 in Fortwayne, Indiana. She was a 8 year old girl with her whole life in front of her. On April 1st, 1988 she was hanging out with her friends and decided to go back to her friend's house to grab her umbrella, but when she turned the corner she was never seen again. It was not until more than 30 years later when answers were found.
