The UK's Competition and Markets Authority has blocked the Microsoft and Activision merger on the grounds that it could create a monopoly in the cloud gaming space - and even made the decision assuming that Google Stadia failed because it didn't have Call of Duty on it.
We also discuss what the next steps could be, because not all is lost yet, but it is a large hurdle that was somewhat unexpected.
