Drug use and addictions to harmful drugs such as cocaine is running rampant across the country and more recently a Limerick farmer has anonymously shared his struggles with addiction to the Sunday World. The farmer revealed that he would often be high on cocaine when working and on one occasion he hit his shed 20 times as he tried to reverse a tractor. Ciarán Carey is a drug addiction counsellor with My move counselling and addiction service Limerick and he joins Joe to discuss.
