Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tristan Wirfs in 'Long-Term Plans' Says Jason Licht | Offensive Line Starters

Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht says offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs is a part of the team's long-term future and offensive coordinator Dave Canales comments on offensive line depth.

We all expected the Bucs to exercise Wirfs' fifth-year option, and it's a good thing they did. But, like it has with linebacker Devin White, could that option become a point of contention next offseason?

Given the trajectory Wirfs' playing career has been on, it certainly could.

Then, offensive coordinator Dave Canales discussed the formation of his offensive line, and it sounds like he gave a little insight into who some of the starters might be for the Buccaneers this season.
