This morning we discuss the fundamental issue of trusting God in our Torah portion, BeHar-B'Chukotai; what is is, what are its contours, how do we develop it, and why Shavuot is the perfect time to work on it. Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law. ADATH is a modern orthodox synagogue community in suburban Montreal, providing Judaism for the next generation.
