Freedom Watch Update - May 7

This edition features stories on a flood in Herat province, Afghanistan killing at least twenty people and injuring thirty others. Afghan and coalition forces are helping with rescue efforts and an agricultural development team and members of the Afghan National Army reaching out to show a nomadic tribe that the Afghan government cares about them and wants to help provide for their needs.
