BOYS FROM THE BOOT | LSU lands 4-star CB from Lafayette

JuJuan Johnson, 4-star cornerback from Lafayette, LA announced his commitment to LSU football Monday afternoon after originally committing to play for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffalo but de-committed shortly after the Colorado spring game. Johnson adds much needed depth, speed, and versatility to the secondary in the 2024 class. LSU now holds the fifth ranked recruiting class in 2024 and four of the top ten ranked recruits in the state of Louisiana have committed to play for Brian Kelly and the Tigers. Of the remaining six, two are heavily favored to land in Baton Rouge while the other four have wide open commitments.
