56. Enter at Your Own Risk! Today we discuss planning a day of recovery, and the excruciating nature of having to plan minute by minute, a full day of rest and recovery from exercise addiction. We discuss how even though it’s called rest and recovery, all of it will feel bad, if you are successful. We discuss the dangers of attempting a full day of recovery without planning almost every minute of the day. The stronger the eating disorder/exercise addiction/combination of both, the more intricate the planning must be.
