Despite the Supreme Court, the EPA Can Still Do Its Job

 

After the Supreme Court's West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency decision, former agency leaders and public management experts have lamented the potential chilling effects on regulatory agencies. The decision, some have argued, marks the loss of the administrative state's ability to solve big problems like climate change.
