Good morning & Happy Friday. I was burnt out last week so I didn’t record a podcast but decided to this week. I talk about: dropping a new song for the first time in 2 years, update on my mental health (doing much better), being more available for people in my life, my Social media addiction, making new memories, being aware of my character defects & taking action to minimize/ prevent Acting out on them. I also talk about attaining a sense of inner peace yet still missing the chaos/ lifestyle during active addiction, While understanding the consequences of relapsing & overdosing.
