Day 141: Saul is anointed King of Israel by Samuel | Jesus enters Jerusalem on a donkey

The Israelites, discontent with their judges, demand a king to rule over them, like other nations. Despite Samuel's warnings about the burdens a king would impose, God instructs Samuel to anoint Saul, a humble man from the tribe of Benjamin. As Saul searches for his father's lost donkeys, Samuel reveals his destiny to become the first king of Israel. Will Saul accept this daunting role and lead Israel to glory? Jesus enters Jerusalem to a hero's welcome, with crowds waving palm branches and shouting "Hosanna!" Yet, as He predicts His own death, He teaches that true glory comes through sacrifice, comparing His life to a grain of wheat that must die to produce much fruit. Will the people grasp the profound meaning of His words and understand the path to eternal life?
