In this guided meditation we are cultivating happiness through a morning practice. We are reflecting on the happiness in our lives and exploring how we can create more happiness within. We are honoring the happiness that is available to us, and fostering feelings of contentment. Through this meditation practice we are clearing away negative energy to create space for more positivity in our lives.
