066 Rob Stover was at the final Late Show with David Letterman, and lived to tell about it. Dramatic? Perhaps. True? Darn right its true.
To celebrate the 8 year anniversary of the end of David Letterman's legendary run in Late Night Television, we decided to release a bonus episode featuring someone who was at the last taping of Late Show with David Letterman. Rob Stover was there that night to take in the historical broadcast, but it almost didn't happen...he had tickets to the second-to-last-show. How did he pull the ol switch-a-roo? He tells us that and much, much more about that night. A fellow Canadian who lives not 4 hours away from our host, Rob's enthusiasm for the Last Days of Letterman still burns as brightly now as it did in May of 2015, and he and Mike have a fantastic conversation about that magical, historic night, and many other Dave-centered topics as well.
