EP 87: Defining What Self-Care Looks Like For You with Taylor Morrison, Founder of Inner Workout
On this week’s episode, I’m chatting with brand builder and self-care advocate, Taylor Morrison. Through her work, Taylor explores purpose and process to help people and organizations build brands that help them achieve their own definition of success.
Her work experience spans from working for a Fortune 100 company as a participant in their Leadership Development Program to working at a startup as their first full-time employee and their Vice President of Operations.
Today, Taylor is the founder of Inner Workout, a company that helps people connect to and care for their whole selves. In this episode, Taylor shares, how working for a startup and becoming their first full-time employee helped her with launching her own brand, why she decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship, what inspired her recent month long series #MySelfCareLooksLike and her unique approach to self-care through her new company, Inner workout.
