Every influential flamenco family is famous for a type of performance - song, dance or playing. In the first of our series on dynasties, we'll talk about the Lebrijanos. Lebrijano is one of the most famous Gypsy flamenco artists and the son of La Perrata – the cousin of Fernanda y Bernarda de Utrera. He also has family ties with La Niña de los Peines, and recorded with all the big guitarists. Marcos also talks about seeing his sister – Inés Bacán live at the Barbican theatre many years ago – along with Moraito. And can you remember which is the festival that Lenrija is famous for?Follow us on Twitter @flamencopodYou can hear our musical choices spread across the podcast on Spotify.
