What are you holding onto that is no longer serving you? It's ok to admit it. We all do it. We hold on to thought patterns and ways of being because initially they maybe helped us but then we wake up one day and realize that it's no longer serving us and in fact, it is holding us back. This is your reminder to give yourself permission to let it go. Risk being human. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. I promise if you can begin to do this for yourself, life becomes a bit more meaningful and beautiful ๐๐.
