Where are the holes on the New York Jets roster?

With the NFL Draft approximately a month away it is time to start identifying holes on the New York Jets roster that need to be addressed. On offense, can the line be upgraded at all? is the tight end position a concern? the defense remains the strength of the team but are there any holes that have to be filled?
