Guest: Eric? Eric Anderson. How could we not know?

Jason Lee: I don't even know Eric's name.

Jason Lee: Oh, yeah, we got Eric and Noel. they got one of the, if not the biggest real estate education company in the US. So I'm excited to have today. How are you guys doing?

Guest: We're doing great. We're excited to be here. We wish we were with you in California instead of New Jersey. But because it's cold over here.

Jason Lee: Yeah. Well, how long have you been in the real estate space for?

Guest: It seems like seems like forever. I've been in real estate for about 20 plus years. We've been educating people for over six years.

Jason Lee: It's a long time. Did you get started with real estate when you first came out of college or when you first started or did you have a career before that as well?

Guest: You have to tell them your origin story. You have to tell them.

I love the story. Neither one of us were in real estate. My grandfather started like a camera store when he was maybe 40 years old back in 1940. So when I grew up, I grew up in the retail industry, I grew up dreaming that I was gonna work for my grandfather, work in his business and I did all that. My parents got divorced when I was 14. My mother's side of the family owned the business, But my dad was the one who ran it as my grandfather aged out having the divorce, your parents go after other"
