--In a newly released report on an investigation by The Intercept, there are claims that Henry Kissinger is responsible for 3 million civilian (slave class) deaths. The former United States diplomat’s actions have left a trail of dead people behind him. Between the genocides he sponsored in East Timor and Bangladesh, continent-wide terrorism, coups, and death squads in Latin America (known as Operation Condor), the fomenting of civil wars in Southern Africa, and the carpet-bombing of Cambodia and Laos under the guise of chasing the Vietnamese, “It was very hands-on. Kissinger was picking where bombs would be dropped in Cambodia,” said Nick Turse, an investigative journalist and contributing writer for The Intercept. “The authentic documents associated with these strikes were burned and phony target coordinates and other forged data were supplied to the Pentagon and eventually Congress.” Experts say Kissinger bears significant responsibility for attacks in Cambodia that killed as many as 150,000 civilians.
--Last week unanimous ruling by the Supreme Court striking down the EPA’s bizarre Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) Rule under the Clean Water Act (CWA). This is a win for the Constitution, farmers and private landowners who have suffered from years of unnecessary litigation.
For over a decade, leftist agitators at the EPA have made the false claim that every drop of water in the United States is subject to control by the federal government. Environmental radicals and climate alarmists claimed that even a pond in someone’s private backyard is subject to federal control. Indeed, they made this claim against the Sacketts and threatened to put them in jail and fine them $40,000 per day because they made some improvements to their own backyard pond.

--A woman who suffered severe nerve damage after receiving a COVID-19 vaccination and four others with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 vaccine injuries launched a lawsuit against President Joe Biden and his administration on May 22.
Top government officials violated the plaintiffs’ rights to free speech and peaceful assembly when they pressured Big Tech companies to crack down on people sharing their experience after receiving the COVID-19 vaccines, Brianne Dressen, the woman, and the other plaintiffs say.
“Through threats, pressure, inducement, and coercion, Defendants now work in concert with social media companies to censor content the government deems ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation,’ and ‘malinformation’—a feat that the government could never lawfully accomplish alone,” the 124-page suit, filed in U.S. court in southern Texas, states.
In addition to Biden, defendants include Rob Flaherty, a top adviser to Biden; White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre; the Department of Homeland Security; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.
--According to a poll from Equimundo (which should be taken with a grain of salt given the Social Justice™ ideology of the organization), 44% of men are suicidal and 65% of Gen Z men say “no one really knows me well.”
--LGBT activists make bomb threats at a number of Target stores, expressing outrage that the embattled retailer was "full of cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to the homophobic right wing redneck bigots who protested and vandalized their store," read the email. "We won't stand idly by as the far right continues to hunt us down."
--Muslim CUNY Law School commencement speaker Fatima Mousa Mohammed says laws are white supremacy and America has a ravenous appetite for violence and destruction. Crowd goes wild.
