He shares with us what he looks for in talent, how to best network with agents, and the key to a longterm successful acting career. He takes us through his journey towards becoming an agent in 2008 — from young theatre student, to director, to producer, to acting coach, to Shanghai Business Consultant, to manager of a restaurant, back to acting, and then to finally becoming an agent. Today, Emilio's journey has landed on him being one of Canada's most popular talent agents, and his clients have worked across Canada, Europe, and the US.
