The scale something that comes up so often in the health and fitness space. While the scale can be a useful tool to measure progress, we can't allow it to be our only measure of progress. We must learn to use it in a way that doesn't instantly deflate our excitement and motivation if the number isn't what we wanted or expected it to be.
