#120: From Free to Paid: Best Ways to Grow Your Health & Fitness Podcast!
There are many strategies that can help you grow your health and fitness podcast, both through paid and free options.
I started my first show The Brian Keane Podcast towards the back end of 2016 and have fortunately grown it to one of the top health podcasts in the world with millions of downloads, regular mainstream media features and several award nominations.
Although, it is considerably more difficult to grow a podcast organically in the current environment, here are some tips to help you get started:
1. Optimize Your Show Title and Description: Make sure your podcast title and description are clear, concise, and optimized for search engines. Use relevant keywords in your title and description to help potential listeners find your podcast when they search for topics related to your niche.
2. Leverage Social Media: Use social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to promote your podcast, share new episodes, and engage with your audience. Consider running paid ads on these platforms to increase your reach and attract new listeners.
