It's hard not to get caught up in the latest weight-loss fad like the Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Atkins, etc. The list goes on and on...
I'm not saying their isn't a place for them, but are they sustainable long-term? Are they going to get you and keep you healthy? Chances are they're not.
They can be great tools to kickstart a weight-loss journey or to rebound from a long duration of unhealthy activity but they shouldn't be glorified as a lifestyle change.
Instead I want to share with you how my family and I live good daily through natural, healthy eating and watching our consumption that way we never have to worry about starting a new diet.
