Episode 091 - BINDED BY TRAGEDY Director Creighton Hobbs and Co-Star Julian Betts

Last July, I talked to writer/director Creighton Hobbs about his latest feature film, the violent and emotional crime drama Binded By Tragedy, which you can now watch on Amazon Prime. Now on this week’s show, Hobbs returns with more intriguing behind-the-scenes memories of the film’s production, and joining him in his first major interview about the movie is one of its top stars: actor Julian Betts. 

Making his motion picture debut in Binded By Tragedy, Betts plays Jimmy, a friend since childhood to the formerly incarcerated gangster Bobby (portrayed by Jasper Lee Wilkerson). Now that he’s back on the outside, Bobby is driven to overcome his criminal past, until Jimmy and a dangerous cadre of mobsters drag him back into a deadly underworld where loyalty means everything - until you end up a target.
