The market closed higher today, thanks to the success of mining companies. 6 of the 11 sectors finished in the green today, with the healthcare sector falling the most due to CSL falling almost 7%. Consumer confidence hit a 3 year low and job vacancies were down for May. Finally, the US federal reserve meets tonight for an interest rate decision and jobs data for Australia tomorrow.
