Paddy O'Leary is an Irish pro trail runner living in San Francisco. Last Weekend, Paddy won The Dipsea in Marin County -- the 112th running of the world's oldest trail race. In this conversation we discuss what makes Paddy unique, his recent engagement, living as an immigrant in the USA, the Dipsea victory, and more.

 

At the end, we bring in another hyper-talented Irish mountain runner, Zak Hanna, to reflect on his participation at the World Championship, Irish pride, and look ahead to their race at Broken Arrow.
