In this guided meditation practice we are focusing on finding happiness in every single day. We are cultivating feelings of happiness and releasing the need to experience life in absolutes. We are letting go of "this is a good day" or "this is a bad day" and choosing to recognize all aspects of the day. We are opening up to pockets of happiness within every new day and how we can use the pockets to feel happier overall.
