This episode is a thank you to two long-time listeners and regular commenters, Barry and Huub! Back in November they donated to Shawn's fundraiser for Harvesters: The Community Food Network, and though they didn't win a prize in the drawing, we decided to dedicate one episode to topics of their choice as a way of saying 'thank you'. In summary, Barry suggested the best quotes from Avatar: The Last Airbender, but with the caveat of trying not to take TOO many from Iroh (which was just as hard as it sounds). Huub suggested that we discuss how racism might look if bending existed in the real world, including whether or not racism sourced in bending might replace racism sourced in skin color, or similar.
