This week, we cover two major conferences that were attended by the nation's top crime boss. First was the Atlantic City Conference on May 13-16, 1929 and is likely the first organized crime summit ever held. The Havana Conference meanwhile, was set up to discuss how to move forward with the drug trade and it was here that the decision was made to kill Bugsy Siegel.
