The firm locates, acquires, prepares, and manages properties on behalf of investors, thereby allowing its partners to enter the real estate market without having to personally purchase and maintain properties. Techvestor's operations include leveraging an algorithm to analyze over 18 million data points and 250 properties a month, using this data to identify key markets and potentially viable purchases.
Through Techvestor, Sief has helped real estate investors and busy professionals passively invest in the emerging asset class of short-term rental properties. Before transitioning into real estate, Sief worked at Facebook/Meta and was responsible for building its second-largest engineering organization.
