Lindsay is the founder and practitioner of Central Wellness.  She is a Registered Natural Therapist of Canada, a Certified Foot and Ear Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Certified Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, Indian Head Massage practitioner, Level II Healing Touch Practitioner and Certified Meditation guide.  The services offered here at Central Wellness are covered under most insurances.
On a global scale, people are feeling more stress, overwhelm, anxiety as well as feelings of depression.
Through Central Wellness, Lindsay’s mission is to empower the people of the area by bringing awareness to alternative therapy services and mindful practices they can avail of to improve their overall health and well-being.

The "two hours of traffic on our stage" is the result of an enormous amount of work by an army of essential artists. Before the show hits opening day:
3,600 actor hours of rehearsal
1,050 stage management hours of rehearsal
6 months of design time by costume, music, and set designers
8 months of planning and designing marketing
12 months contemplation, planning, script analysis, and rehearsal time by directors
Year-round care of our unique venue through all weather
18 months of administration time
1,080 volunteer hours a year by our board of directors
As you can see, this is not a small seasonal event. Perchance is a cultural INDUSTRY attracting international interest, generating economic benefit, employment, and creating partnerships for a strong tourism destination.

Gale Force Wins started out simply as an inspirational podcast releasing episodes wherever you get your podcasts every Tuesday evening. We continue to do that every Tuesday but have expanded into custom content for clients. We also have perfected a conference and trade show offering where you can receive over 20 videos edited and posted to social media at the same time the event is unfolding.
