Eartha Powell discussed the topic of stress and its effects on the body and psychological processes. She introduced a course by W. Eartha stressed the importance of releasing stress and practicing mindfulness to reduce stress levels which can relax the cardiovascular system. She shared various techniques for managing stress and anxiety, including informal breathing practices, body scans, and focusing on gratitude and positive aspects of life. Overall, the discussion emphasized the importance of understanding stress and its effects on our well-being.
