#61: Rapid Transformational Therapist Chrissie Catling
This episode’s guest was Chrissie Catling, who is an advanced rapid transformational therapist and clinical hypnotherapist. During this episode we learned about how Rapid Transformational Therapy is used to access core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions embedded in the subconscious and about the scientific evidence that shows it is possible to rewire neural pathways, such as those that cause negative behaviors into healthy neural pathways. Chrissie is the founder of Access Your Own Healing and focuses on treating those who suffer from: complex trauma, unresolved pain, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sensitivities, a sense of disconnection, and Imposter Syndrome. Furthermore, she helps with optimizing mind body functioning. You can check out more about Access Your Own Healing at www.accessyourownhealing.com.
I invited Chrissie onto All Bodies Outside because I’ve been reading the book titled, ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ written by Dr. Joe Dispenza. In his book, Dr. Dispenza discusses the neural plasticity of the brain, which is the ability of the nervous system to modify itself and reorganize in response to experiences. Rapid Transformational Therapy builds on this but creates faster and lasting change.
