073 Matt Larkin might produce cooking competition shows now, but before that and Tosh and Lopez he got his start on Letterman
Matt Larkin has a successful career in television. He has worked on some of your favorite cooking competition shows as a producer and helped write for Tosh and George Lopez, but he got his start working for Late Show with David Letterman.
Going to New York City to chase his dream, Matt did all he could to get on as an intern for Late Show, became a faxer, and got hired on in the audience coordination department, creating some of his fondest life memories along the way. Matt and Mike have a fantastic conversation where Matt talks about many of his memories including some of the celebrities he met, the first joke he got on the air, his duties as an intern and then a page, and how he even got to represent the Late Show at the Ghostbusters Firehouse! Lots of fun info in this episode from a vantage point not represented enough.
