Studies show that our attention spans are shrinking. Dr. Gloria Mark tells CNN that in 2004, they measured the average attention on a screen to be 2½ minutes. She says years later they have found that people can only pay attention to one screen for an average of 47 seconds. Gen Z will only give a video 1.3 seconds before judging if they will continue to watch. What can we do to address these changes, and can we get our attention spans back?
