Are the Cleveland Cavaliers the big winners from the first days of NBA Free Agency?

The Cavs signed Max Strus and Georges Niang to give them some much needed shooting on the perimeter, along with point guard Ty Jerome & Damian Jones.

Strus and Niang are two knock down shooters which should help space the floor for the Cavs while Jerome is a wily veteran guard who knows how to control the pace of the game. Jones is a super athletic, rim running big who should thrive in the Cavs' pick and roll offense.

The Cleveland Guardians had two players named to the All-Star team over the weekend in Jose Ramirez and Emmanuel Clase, but just a few hours later, Clase went out and had the worst outing of his career. This is his second blown save in less than a week. He's been dominant at time this year, but the consistency hasn't been there.
