Due to the nature of the class, there will be no recording. A few days before the class you’ll receive a workbook and instructions for the regression. There will be a 5 min break in the middle of the class and a Q/A at the end.

His degree is in Exercise Science, and as a personal trainer, he helped many people get in touch and transform their bodies.
