Out of Site: Harden Back?.. and other NBA Free Agency and Trade Rumblings

NBA free agency began last week, and the Philadelphia 76ers were all over the wires. After James Harden opted in to his $36 million player option, he requested to be traded, and that would have been the first domino in the Sixers off-season -- or so we thought. One Fourth of July white party with Michael Rubin later, and Harden may have mended some fences (with players, not necessarily front office members -- as reported by ESPN's Ramona Shelbourne). Is it a higher possibility that Harden returns? Maybe, but the clock is definitely ticking on how quickly this move SHOULD be done. The Sixers lost some free agents (Georges Niang, Shake Milton, and Jaden McDaniels), and the cupboard has to be refilled somehow. Regardless, Adio Royster and David Early catch you up on what has happened so far for the Sixers in free agency plus talk about how a Damian Lillard trade could have been done (according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst) if Tyrese Maxey was included in the deal. Who knows how much truth there is to that, honestly, because you sometimes have to take those reports with a giant salt shaker.
