No new houses in parts of America?!

If you are dreaming of building a house in Arizona, it may just stay a dream. Arizona has decided to put a halt to building new homes due to a lack of water to service them. Las Vegas may follow. With climate change causing unprecedented droughts, people may only be able to create new human settlements in wetter areas of the country. What’s going on? How bad is it? And will it be permanent?
