FFW #7: Christina Rivera – Army, Executive Director at The Honor Foundation
As a veteran, Christina views The Honor Foundation as an opportunity to continue her work empowering servicemembers during their transition and she is proud to commit her skills to the elite professionals of the Special Operations Forces community. Christina brings more than seven years of program management experience to the Foundation, most recently as Director of Programs for the Pat Tillman Foundation. Prior to working at the Pat Tillman Foundation, Christina was Program Manager for Military Employment at Sears Holdings Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. Previous to her role at Sears Holdings, she worked for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), reinforcing the employment and re-employment rights of Illinois Guardsman and Reservists. She is an Army veteran, having held roles in support of Logistics, Psychological Operations, as well as Recruiting and Retention. She is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. – thehonorfoundation.org
