In spite of these challenges, Leonard has set up multiple international businesses, became an author and traveled the world and is passionate about helping others to pivot their frustrations into positive growth and opportunity.

Leonard co-founded tech startup MYCOMEUP in the early 2009, motivating its audience with motivational articles and the accompanying MYCOMEUP YouTube channel has garnered over 31 million views. MYCOMEUP WORLD is a social network that matches freelancers, entrepreneurs and creatives and now boasts over 127,000 global users. He is also the host of the “Genius Dropouts” podcast found on Spotify and YouTube to help inspire the next generation.
