Ok so, don’t tell anyone, but making pizzas is an art. Like, don’t try this at home kids..for real. Gem has a new appreciation for the upper crust so stay tuned for her latest that-will-never-happen moment; ambitions of becoming a pizza chef. Then it looks like the time for haircuts might have come (praise be) and Revz is maybe a little too excited. But not so excited she gets distracted from calling out Gem, like she promised she would, on her work schedule. This takes us into quite an unexpected but important discussion about burn out.
