L.A. AIDS Jabber (1994)

With a title like L.A. AIDS JABBER, one would expect something slimy, seedy, sleazy, salacious. However, despite the subject matter, the Drew Goddress SOV time capsule of 1990s Los Angeles is surprisingly tame. The story is pretty straightforward. A young man diagnosed with a terminal disease decides to wreak havoc on the city, taking with him as many innocent bystanders as possible, while eluding a pair of completely inept detectives hot on his trail.
